Housing Transition Navigation Services (HTNS)
Our Housing Transition Navigation team helps individuals identify housing opportunities, complete applications, overcome barriers, and connect with landlords and community resources. We provide personalized support throughout the housing search process, helping participants navigate the path to permanent housing with confidence.
Housing Deposits
Moving into a new home often comes with upfront costs that can be difficult to afford. Our Housing Deposit services help remove financial barriers by assisting with security deposits, utility deposits, and other eligible move-in expenses, making housing opportunities more accessible for those who need them most.
Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services (HTSS)
Obtaining housing is a major milestone, but maintaining it is equally important. Our Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services provide ongoing support to help individuals remain successfully housed. Through tenancy education, landlord mediation, resource coordination, life-skills development, and problem-solving support, we help participants build the foundation for long-term housing stability.
