At Blissful Horizon Foundation, our Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services program is designed to help individuals successfully maintain housing and prevent returns to homelessness.
We provide ongoing support that empowers clients to build the skills and stability needed to thrive in independent living environments. Services may include tenant education, conflict resolution, coordination with landlords and property managers, budgeting support, connection to community resources, and assistance navigating challenges that may place housing at risk.
Our approach focuses on long-term success by combining compassionate support, individualized care coordination, and proactive intervention to help clients remain safely housed, improve overall well-being, and strengthen their independence.
